Designed with the end user we can provide you with everything you need from the original design concept to the teaspoons. You don’t have to do a thing as we will even stage your property for you.

• As with all our services, we start with an in-depth understanding of your property, the layout, location and of course the market you are targeting
• If you are happy to proceed, then we work closely with you to reflect your tastes, the type of accommodation and the guests or tenants you want to attract
• We can provide the design, source the furniture and the items you need, supply and fully stage the property.  Our aim is to help as much as we can.
• If you only need part of this service then we will support you with exactly what you need giving you the confidence to do the rest.
• To maximise the potential of your HMO, we offer an additional service which allows your tenants to choose from a number of colour options for their room. We think this really creates the feeling of ‘home’ and sets your HMO apart from others
